I'm a trauma-informed coach, consultant, and speaker who desires that every Christian woman flourish walking in who she was created to be, as designed by God.

As a former pastor’s wife and ministry kid, I know what it's like to do all the right things, and yet be left standing stripped of what I thought the "abundant life" would be. It's my honor to walk alongside women navigating creating a new life after pain, burnout, and disillusionment— because this is part of my story, too.

With a holistic, heart-centered approach rooted in both ministry experience and mental health education, I help women care for their souls, find freedom, and live deeply loved.

You don’t have to do this life alone.
